RT5716 是一款高開關頻率同步降壓轉換器，具備 2.3μA 的靜態電流。此元件採用漣波式固定導通時間（Ripple-Based Constant-On-Time，RBCOT）控制，可提升負載與線路暫態響應，並在廣泛的負載與輸出電容範圍內最佳化效能。RT5716 的輸入電壓範圍為 1.8V 至 5.5V，適用於電池供電應用。透過在 RSEL/MODE 接腳與 GND 之間連接電阻，可提供 16 種可選擇的輸出電壓位準。脈衝頻率調變（Pulse Frequency Modulation，PFM）設計可在輕載時維持高效率；而在較高負載條件下，元件會自動切換至 PWM。此元件可提供最高 1A 的負載電流。在關斷模式下，供應電流典型值為 55nA，有助於降低功耗。RT5716 提供 TWL-CSP-6B 0.69x1.04 (BSC) 與 WDFN-6L 1.5x1.5 (FC) 封裝，為適用於小尺寸應用的最小封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
