RT5736 是一款降壓轉換器（Step-Down Converter），可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍內運作，並提供可透過 I²C 介面數位化程式設定的輸出電壓。其 I²C 通訊介面最高支援 3.4MHz 傳輸速率，可滿足高速控制與動態調整需求。 RT5736 採用專有同步整流架構（Synchronous Rectification），可提供最高 5.5A 的連續輸出電流，且即使在低至 10mA 的負載電流下，仍能維持優異的轉換效率。元件以固定 2.4MHz 開關頻率運作，有助於減少外部元件數量並縮小整體電源方案尺寸。此外，可增加額外輸出電容以改善負載瞬態變化期間的輸出穩定性，而不會影響系統穩定度。 在中低負載條件下，RT5736 會自動進入脈衝頻率調變（PFM）省電模式，以提高輕載效率。於室溫條件下，其典型靜態電流僅 45μA。即使具備極低靜態電流，產品仍能在大幅負載變化時提供優異的暫態響應能力。當負載增加時，系統會自動切換至固定頻率 PWM 控制模式，以 2.4MHz 頻率運作，確保最佳輸出調節性能。若系統需要全時固定頻率運作，亦可停用 PFM 模式。 在關閉模式（Shutdown Mode）下，RT5736 的典型供電電流僅 0.1μA，可有效降低待機功耗，特別適合電池供電設備。 RT5736 採用小型 WQFN-20L 3.5mm × 3.5mm 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
