RT6259 是集成了功率開關和同步整流器的 650kHz、3A Buck 轉換器，採用具有快速瞬態回應特性的先進固定導通時間（ACOT<sup>TM</sup>）控制架構，無需使用複雜的外部補償電路，可與小型陶瓷輸出電容配合穩定工作。其輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V~18V，輸出電壓範圍為 0.765V~7V。<br>獨特的 ACOT<sup>TM</sup> 控制架構是在具有快速回應能力的 COT 架構的基礎上改進而成，可在全輸入、負載和輸出電壓範圍內獲得幾乎固定的開關切換工作頻率，沒有內部時鐘，對瞬態變化的回應幾乎是即時的，其電感電流可快速提升以維持輸出電壓的穩定，無需使用大容量的輸出電容，並針對陶瓷輸出電容進行了特別的優化。<br>借助 70mΩ 的開關和 70mΩ 的同步整流器，RT6259 表現出卓越的效率和對廣泛應用的適應性，尤其適合低輸出電壓和低責任週期的應用。它具有逐週期電流限制、輸入欠壓閉鎖、外部可調軟啟動、輸出欠壓和過壓保護、熱關機保護等安全特性，可在各種工作條件下安全穩定地工作。<br>它們都採用了 WQFN-16L 3x3 的封裝。在輕載條件下，RT6259B 以連續切換模式工作，可避免低頻干擾問題，而RT6259A 則以非連續操作的節能模式工作以提高效率。
