RT6301 是一款適用於 LPDDR5 與 LPDDR5X 記憶體的整合式電源管理 IC 解決方案。此元件提供兩個單路降壓電壓調節器 VDD2 (1.05V/8A) 與 VDDQ (0.52V/3A)，以及一個負載開關 VDD1 (1.8V/1A)。RT6301 採用先進恆定導通時間 (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架構，可提供超快速暫態響應，並進一步減少外部元件數量。在穩態下，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 可在線路、負載與輸出電壓範圍內以近乎恆定的切換頻率運作，並簡化 EMI 濾波器設計。RT6301 在輕載條件下以二極體模擬模式 (DEM) 運作，可提供最佳輕載效率。其亦支援多種運作模式 S0、S3 與 S4/5，並由 EN/EN_VDDQ 控制輸入控制。RT6301 提供完整保護功能，包括逐週期電流限制、OVP、UVP、輸入 UVLO 與 OTP。所有功能皆整合於 WQFN-19L 3x3 (FC) 封裝中。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
