RT6336 系列由高效率同步降壓轉換器組成，具備 500kHz 偽恆定切換頻率，可提供高達 6A 的輸出電流。RT6336 與 RT6336 可在 4.5V to 23V 輸入電壓下運作。RT6336 的輸出電壓可在 0.6V to 5.5V 之間設定，而 RT6336 則固定為 3.3V 輸出電壓。RT6336 的輸入電壓範圍為 5.2V 至 23V，且 RT6336 的輸出電壓固定為 5.1V。RT6336 系列採用 Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架構，可提供超快速暫態響應，並進一步減少外部元件數量。在穩態下，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 可在輸入電壓、負載與輸出電壓範圍內以近乎恆定的切換頻率運作，並使 EMI 濾波器設計更加容易。透過設定 EN/MODE 腳位的電壓，RT6336 系列可在輕載時以二極體模擬模式 (DEM) 或超音波模式 (USM) 運作。USM 可維持運作頻率高於 25kHz，進而消除聲學噪音。在 DEM 中，RT6336 系列可提供最佳輕載效率，並透過展頻功能改善聲學噪音。RT6336 系列提供 Power-Good 指示器，便於系統時序控制。此元件亦整合完整保護功能，包括逐週期電流限制、OVP、UVP、輸入 UVLO 與 OTP。上述所有功能皆整合於 UQFN-23L 3x3 (FC) 封裝中。建議接面溫度為 −40°C 至 125°C。
