RT6362 是採用峰值電流模式控制架構的非同步 Buck 轉換器，負載能力為 2.5A，工作電壓範圍為 4V~60V，輸出電壓在 0.8V~V<SUB>IN</SUB> 間可調，靜態耗電低，集成低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 上橋開關，可在很寬的負載範圍內獲得高轉換效率。因為使用峰值電流控制架構，補償容易，容許使用小型電感，具有快速瞬態回應能力和很好的回路穩定性。</br>其工作頻率在 100kHz~2.5MHz 間可調，在選擇輸出濾波元件時可在效率和元件尺寸上做出優化。其最小導通時間參數很短，即使在降壓比很高時也能維持定頻工作模式。當使用于雜訊敏感環境時，可用 300kHz~2.2MHz 的外部時鐘信號同步其工作。</br>RT6362 具有完備的保護性功能設計，如輸入欠壓鎖定保護、輸出欠壓保護、輸出過壓保護、過流保護和熱關機保護，並有逐週期電流限制保護特性可應對輸出短路情形，有軟啟動設計可限制啟動期間的輸出電流浪湧。</br>RT6362 以 WDFN-10SL 3x3 和帶有外露式散熱焊盤的 SOP-8 封裝形式供貨。
