RT6368 是一款 3.5A 高效率非同步降壓轉換器（Asynchronous Buck Converter），採用峰值電流模式控制（Peak Current Mode Control）架構。產品支援 4V 至 60V 的寬輸入電壓範圍，輸出電壓可於 0.8V 至 VIN 之間進行設定。透過低靜態電流設計以及內建低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）高側 MOSFET，可在廣泛負載條件下維持優異的轉換效率。 RT6368 採用峰值電流模式控制搭配簡單的外部補償設計，不僅可使用較小尺寸的電感元件，亦能提供快速的暫態響應及良好的迴路穩定性。 產品支援 100kHz 至 2500kHz 的寬範圍可調開關頻率，可讓設計人員根據效率與元件尺寸需求進行最佳化選擇。超低最小導通時間（Minimum On-Time）特性，使其即使在極高降壓比條件下仍能維持固定開關頻率運作。對於開關雜訊敏感的應用，RT6368 亦支援外部時脈同步功能，同步頻率範圍為 300kHz 至 2200kHz。 RT6368 內建完整保護功能，包括輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）、輸出過壓保護（OVP）、過電流保護（OCP）及過溫保護（OTP）。逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）可有效防止輸出短路造成損壞，而軟啟動（Soft-Start）功能則可降低啟動期間的湧入電流。 RT6368 採用 SOP-8（Exposed Pad）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 150°C。
