RT6543 是用於將電池高電壓轉換為低電壓為 CPU 內核、I/O 介面和記憶體等供電的高效同步 Buck 控制器，具有轉換效率高、瞬態回應特性好、輸出精度高等特性。通過控制 VID1、VID0 端的狀態，RT6543 的輸出電壓可在 0V~1.8V 間進行調節。</br>與傳統的電流模式控制架構不同，RT6543 無需使用電阻進行電流檢測以提高轉換效率。它具有驅動同步整流 MOSFET 開關的能力，在輕載條件下又可進入二極體模擬模式以降低損耗。它還具有欠壓鎖定、過壓保護、欠壓保護、過熱保護和電流限制保護功能。其封裝形式為 WQFN-20L 3x3。
