RT6908 為 TFT LCD 面板提供一套完整的可程式化多功能電源解決方案。RT6908 內含一個用於主電源的升壓轉換器，以及用於為系統提供邏輯電壓的降壓控制器。此外，正電荷泵穩壓器可提供可調式閘極高電壓 V<sub>GH</sub>；負電荷泵穩壓器可提供閘極低電壓 V<sub>GL</sub>。AVDD、V<sub>GH</sub> 與 V<sub>GL</sub> 輸出及電源時序可透過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面進行程式化設定。憑藉其高電流能力，該元件非常適合採用 12V 供應電壓的大尺寸顯示器面板與 LCD TV 應用。RT6908 採用 WQFN-40L 5x5 封裝。
