RT7080是針對新型電機驅動應用的高度集成功率模組，其中包含一個以ARM處理器為基礎的電機控制器、3相門極驅動器、6只MOSFET功率開關、5V線性穩壓器、電荷泵電路、Buck轉換器和3只電流檢測電阻，可滿足PMSM/BLDC電機驅動應用的需求。<Br>RT7080的控制核心是由32位ARM Cortex-M0 MCU及完成無感測器電機磁場定向控制的週邊電路等構成的，其中包括ADC、DAC、通訊介面、SVPWM、看門狗計時器、電流感測器、欠壓鎖定保護電路、短路保護電路、堵轉保護電路等，可構成元件數量少、PCB面積和系統成本都很低的電機控制系統。<Br>RT7080的封裝形式為WQFN-40L 6x6。
