RT7083 是一款專為 PMSM（永磁同步馬達）及 BLDC（無刷直流馬達）應用所設計的專用積體電路（ASIC）。此二合一 ASIC 整合多項功能電路，包括三相馬達控制器、三相閘極驅動器、三個自舉二極體（Bootstrap Diodes）、5V LDO，以及降壓轉換器（Buck Converter）。 RT7083 內建 ARM 32 位元 Cortex-M0 核心及周邊電路，可實現無感測器磁場導向控制（Sensorless Field Oriented Control, FOC）。此外，此 ASIC 整合多項系統級周邊功能，包括 ADC、DAC、通訊介面、SVPWM、看門狗計時器（Watchdog Timer）、電流感測、欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、短路保護（SCP）以及堵轉保護（Locked-Rotor Protection），以減少元件數量、縮小 PCB 面積並降低系統成本。 此外，RT7083 可驅動外接 N 通道 MOSFET，形成三組半橋（Three Half-Bridge）架構，並內建自舉電路，支援最高 58V 工作電壓。產品亦內建死區時間控制（Dead Time Control）功能，可避免外接 N 通道 MOSFET 發生直通（Shoot-Through）現象。 RT7083 採用 WQFN-48L（6mm × 6mm）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 105°C。
