RT7275/RT7276 是高效能 700kHz 3A 降壓穩壓器，內建功率開關與同步整流器。它們採用進階固定導通時間 (ACOT<sup>TM</sup>) 控制架構，具備快速暫態響應，可搭配小型陶瓷輸出電容穩定運作，且無需複雜的外部補償，並具有其他多項優點。輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 18V，輸出電壓可在 0.765V 至 8V 之間調整。專有的 ACOT<sup>TM</sup> 控制相較於其他快速響應固定導通時間架構有所提升，可在輸入電壓、負載與輸出電壓範圍內實現近乎固定的切換頻率。由於沒有內部時脈，對暫態變化的響應幾乎是即時的，且電感電流可快速上升，以在無需大型輸出電容的情況下維持輸出調節。RT7275/RT7276 可搭配陶瓷輸出電容穩定運作，並針對其進行最佳化。憑藉內部 90mΩ 開關與 60mΩ 同步整流器，RT7275/RT7276 在各類應用中展現出優異效率與良好表現，尤其適用於低輸出電壓與低占空比情況。逐週期電流限制、輸入欠壓鎖定、外部可調式軟啟動、輸出欠壓與過壓保護，以及熱關斷功能，可在所有工作條件下提供安全且平順的運作。RT7275 與 RT7276 均提供 WDFN-10L 3x3 與 PTSSOP-14 封裝，並具備外露散熱焊盤。
