RT7300是以臨界導通模式工作的主動式功率因數校正 (PFC) 控制器，設計用於AC-DC電源轉接器、電子整流器和中功率轉換器 (<300W)中，使之滿足電網電流諧波調整的規範。由於採用臨界導通模式和前饋控制技術，使之可在很寬的輸入電壓範圍和輸出功率範圍內得到接近於1的功率因數。<br>以推拉輸出電路構成的門極驅動器具有600mA電流輸出能力和 800mA電流汲取 能力，這種強大的驅動能力使之可以驅動大功率的MOSFET，可以極大地提升轉換效率。RT7300具有超低的啟動電流 (≤20μA)，支援以禁止方式降低在待機狀態下的功率消耗，使之很容易滿足各種節能規範如Blue Angel、Energy Star和Energy 2000的要求。<br>它集成了輸入欠壓閉鎖、輸出過壓保護、欠壓保護和逐週期電流限制等完善的保護功能以得到強壯的設計，使用極少的外部元件即可得到具有成本效益的電源轉換器功率因數校正方案。其封裝為SOP-8。
