RT8077 是一款高效率的同步降壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，可在 2.6V至5.5V 輸入電壓範圍內工作，輸出在 0.8V至5V之間可調的電壓，最大可輸出2A 的電流。因為使用了內部同步的低導通電阻功率開關，在得到高效率的同時還無需使用外部蕭基二極體。開關切換的工作頻率是固定的 1MHz，可達100%的責任週期使之可以工作在低壓差狀態，因而擴展了可擕式應用中的電池使用時間。使用內部補償的電流模式控制架構賦予其優化的瞬態回應特性，可在寬闊的負載範圍和輸出電容下工作。它工作在 PWM 模式下以獲得在很寬負載範圍內的高轉換效率。RT8077提供WDFN-8L 2x2封裝。
