RT8237 PWM 控制器具備高效率、優異的暫態響應與高 DC 輸出精度，可滿足筆記型電腦中將高電壓電池降壓以產生低電壓 CPU 核心、I/O 與晶片組 RAM 供應電源的需求。固定導通時間 PWM 控制架構可輕鬆處理寬廣的輸入 / 輸出電壓比例，並在維持相對固定切換頻率的同時，對負載暫態提供 100ns “instant-on” 響應。RT8237 透過省去傳統電流模式 PWM 中的電流感測電阻，以較低成本實現高效率。其能夠驅動非常大型的同步整流 MOSFET，並在輕載條件下進入二極體模擬模式，進一步提升效率。降壓轉換可讓此元件以最高可能效率直接將高電壓電池降壓。預設頻率選項可簡化新設計的設計流程。RT8237 適用於 CPU 核心、晶片組、DRAM 或其他低至 0.7V 的低電壓供應電源。RT8237 採用 WDFN-10L 3x3 封裝。建議環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C，接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
