RT8239 是雙通道降壓、開關模式電源控制器，用於電池供電系統生成邏輯系統電源。它包含兩組輸出電壓 2V~5.5V 可調的 PWM 控制器和兩組 5V/3.3V 線性穩壓器，其中一個穩壓器（LDO5）具有自動切換開關可將 BYP1 輸入連接至 SMPS1 輸出以實現效率最大化。可選的外部電荷泵電路的輸出可經 SECFB (RT8239 受到監控。還具有片內上電時序管理功能、Power Good 輸出、內部軟啟動功能，還有輸出端關機軟放電功能避免負電壓的出現。它採用固定導通時間控制技術，沒有電流檢測電阻，對負載瞬變具有 100ns 快速回應能力。為了消除音訊應用雜訊，還具有超聲工作模式，可將工作頻率維持在 25kHz 以上。為了獲得最高的轉換效率，它在輕載條件下會自動進入二極體模擬模式工作。SMPS1/SMPS2 的開關切換工作頻率可在 200kHz/233kHz ~ 400kHz/466kHz 之間分別調節。RT8239 的封裝為 QWFN-20L 3x3，可在 -40°C ~ 85°C 的擴展溫度範圍內工作。
