RT8267為高壓輸入的非同步降壓轉換器，可支援輸入電壓範圍從4.75V至22V，最大輸出電流至2A。電流模式操作提供快速的暫態回應與簡易的迴路穩定架構，此外並提供了逐週期形式的限流機制與熱關斷保護功能。操作于關機模式時，只有25μA的低電流消耗。RT8267採用SOP-8的封裝規格。
