RT8274 是一款高輸入電壓降壓轉換器，支援 4.75V 至 24V 的輸入電壓範圍，並提供最高 3A 的輸出電流。採用電流模式控制（Current Mode Control）架構，可提供快速的暫態響應，並簡化控制迴路的補償與穩定化設計。 本產品內建多項保護功能，包括逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limiting）及過溫保護（Thermal Shutdown Protection），以提升系統可靠性。在關閉模式（Shutdown Mode）下，穩壓器的供電電流僅為 25μA，可有效降低待機功耗。 RT8274 採用 SOP-8（Exposed Pad）表面黏著封裝。
