RT8498為支援3V~18V寬輸入電壓範圍及輸出電壓可達18V的電流模式LED驅動器。內置350kHz操作頻率，外部PWM電感和輸出/輸入電容的尺寸可最小化。藉由100mV電流感測控制達到高效率。LED調光控制可以經由類比或PWM信號完成。RT8498提供內置軟啟動功能避免衝擊電流和過熱關機以防止設備過熱。<br>RT8498採用SOT-23-6封裝。
