RT8955 是一款 14 通道高電壓位準轉換器，專為筆記型電腦顯示器等應用而設計。該元件可將時序控制器輸出的邏輯電平訊號轉換為顯示面板所需的高電壓驅動訊號，適用於 GOP TFT-LCD 面板應用。RT8955 採用小型 WQFN-28L 3.5mm × 3.5mm 封裝，有助於節省電路板空間並提升系統整合度。 RT8955 專門用於產生 TFT-LCD 面板驅動所需的高電壓訊號，提供多組輸出通道，包括 STH1、STH2、LC1、LC2、CKH1 至 CKH8、DISCHARGE_VGL 以及 RESETOUT。這些輸出訊號可在 VGL 與 VGH 之間切換，以滿足面板驅動需求。 此外，RT8955 內建重置功能。當 DETECT 腳位電壓下降至放電門檻時，所有輸出通道將被拉至 VGH 電位，以確保面板系統進入預定義的安全狀態並提升系統可靠性。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 85°C。
