RT9014 是雙輸出、低雜訊、低壓差的 300mA 線性穩壓器，同時還有一個開漏驅動器和一個上電重定電路。開漏驅動器的電流汲取 能力為150mA，可用於驅動LED。</br>線性穩壓器的輸出電壓範圍為 1.2V~3.5V，輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V~5.5V。</br>RT9014 的輸出電壓精度為 2%，具有極低的輸入輸出電壓降 (240mV@300mA) 和很低的靜態電流 (每路 27μA)，其關機電流幾乎趨於0，是電池供電的可擕式設備的理想之選。它的保護功能包括電流限制、輸出短路保護和過溫保護。</br>RT9014 採用了短路熱折回保護方式。當因為輸出端短路 (VOUT < 0.4V) 而發生熱保護時，其過溫保護觸發溫度從165°C下調至110°C，為最終用戶提供最大限度的安全支援。</br>RT9014 可與很低容量的陶瓷輸出電容的配合穩定工作，對 PCB 空間要求極低，使用成本低廉。</br>RT9014 的輸出電壓是固定的，其封裝為 WDFN-10L 3x3 規格。
