RT9072 是可以最大 230mV 壓差提供 20mA 電流輸出的高電壓（可工作於 80V 輸入）、低靜態電流的低壓差線性穩壓器，其低靜態電流（23μA）和關機電流（3μA）的特性使其成為電池供電和/或高壓系統的理想供電器件。其地電流在各種工作條件下均處於良好控制狀態，其中也包括直通狀態。<br>RT9072 可與各種可能的輸出電容配合工作，其中包括 1μF 的低 ESR 陶瓷電容，並且具有卓越的輸入、輸出瞬態回應特性。其內部保護電路包括電池反接保護、電流限制、過熱關機和反向電流保護。在整個輸入、輸出和溫度範圍內，它的輸出電壓精度為 ±3%。<br>RT9072 的輸出電壓在 1.25V~60V 內可調，其封裝形式為 SOT-23-5。
