RT9092 是一款高效能正電壓低壓差 (LDO) 穩壓器，專為需要極低壓差電壓、超高電源供應漣波抑制 (PSRR)、低雜訊與低靜態電流，且此 IC 可提供高達 250mA 輸出電流的應用而設計。輸入電壓範圍為 2.2V 至 5.5V。此元件設計可搭配 1μF 輸入與 1μF 輸出陶瓷電容運作（無需獨立雜訊旁路電容）。<br /><br />RT9092 在 WL-CSP-4B 0.67x0.67 (BSC)、ZQFN-4L 1x1 與 SOT-23-5 封裝中，於輸入電壓、負載與溫度變化下具備精準的 2% 輸出調節。輸出電壓可提供 1.2V 至 4.5V，並以 25mV 為步進。<br /><br />建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
