RT9096/RT9096 是一款低壓差 (LDO) 線性電壓穩壓器，可在 1.2V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍內運作，並提供高達 600mA 的輸出電流。輸出電壓設計可依不同用途以兩種模式運作。在可調模式下，RT9093 輸出電壓可設定為 0.8V 至 3.3V。在固定模式下，輸出電壓亦可提供 0.8V 至 3.3V，無需外部電阻分壓器，可在 PCB 面積受限的情況下降低物料清單 (BOM) 成本。此元件實作 EN 腳位以進行系統時序控制。它亦整合輸入欠壓鎖定 (UVLO)、過電流保護 (OCP) 與過溫保護 (OTP)，以防止故障狀況。RT9096/RT9096 採用 TSOT-23-5 封裝，並提供固定與可調輸出電壓選項，便於在各種應用中使用。它亦提供 ZQFN-4L 1x1 封裝，無需外部電阻分壓器。此元件完整規格適用於 T<sub>J</sub> = −40°C 至 125°C 的工作溫度範圍。
