RT9167 是一款 300mA 低壓差、低雜訊的小功率調節器，適用於可攜式的應用。輸出電壓範圍從 1.5V 到 5V，以每 100mV 遞增，且精確度達 2%。RT9167 的設計可搭配非常低 ESR 的電容， 即使搭配 1μF 的輸出陶瓷電容，輸出仍能保持穩定。<br>RT9167 使用一個內部的 PMOS 作為通器件，以防止在重載和壓差條件下，造成額外的靜態電流。關斷模式 (shutdown mode) 的低工作電流，使 IC 適用於電池供電的裝置。其它特性包括具有一個參考旁路 (reference bypass) 腳位來增加低雜訊時的性能、限流保護和過溫保護。
