RT9170 是 CMOS 類型的低靜態電流、低壓差線性穩壓器，具有 300mA 持續輸出的負載能力。RT9170 的性能針對電池供電應用進行了優化，其靜態電流消耗僅為 15μA ，還具有極低的直通壓差。其靜態電流消耗在直通狀態下也只有輕微的增加，對延長電池壽命非常有利。它還具有超低壓差、高輸出精度、電流限制保護和高溫波抑制比等特性。其輸出電壓範圍為 1.2V~3.3V，級差為 0.1V。可選的封裝形式為 SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5 和 SOT-89 等。
