RT9173 是簡單好用、性價比高的高速線性調節器，被設計用於為符合 JEDEC SSTL_2 和 SSTL_18 規範的 DDR 記憶體系統或具有 HSTL 、 SCSI-2 和 SCSI-3 等介面的設備生成終端匹配電壓。該調節器具有在 40mV 電壓誤差範圍內動態吸入或是釋出 2A （瞬態峰值 3A ）電流的能力，其輸出電壓能夠精確地跟蹤由兩隻外部電阻分壓器所形成的 1/2V<sub>DDQ</sub> 電壓或是其它希望的電壓，該電壓經由 REFEN 引腳輸入至調節系統中。RT9173 內部包含了一個高速查分運算放大器，這成為它對線路/負載瞬態過程的超快速回應的支撐。它的其它特性包括了超低偏移電壓、極好的負載調整特性、雙向電流限制和內置的熱關機保護。RT9173 以 PSOP-8 的表面貼片封裝形式供貨。
