RT9199 是一款簡單、具成本效益且高速的線性穩壓器，專為在雙倍資料率 (DDR) 記憶體系統中產生終端電壓而設計，以符合裝置需求。此穩壓器可主動汲入或供出高達峰值 2A（DDRII）或 1.5A（DDRIII）的電流，同時將輸出電壓調節在 20mV 以內。輸出終端電壓可透過兩個外部電阻分壓器精準調節，以追蹤 1/2V<sub>DDQ</sub>，或可透過外部強制 REFEN 腳位電壓來設定所需的輸出電壓。RT9199 亦整合高速差動放大器，可在線路 / 負載暫態中提供超快速響應。其他功能包括極低初始偏移電壓、優異負載調節、雙向限流與晶片內建熱關斷保護。RT9199 提供 SOP-8 與 SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) 表面黏著封裝。
