RT9232 是一款單相同步降壓 PWM DC/DC 轉換器控制器，專為驅動兩顆 N 溝道 MOSFET 而設計。其內建 0.8V ±1% 高精度參考電壓，可提供精確可程式化的輸出電壓，以滿足低電壓應用需求。 RT9232 採用外部補償、單迴路回授的電壓模式 PWM 控制架構，可提供快速的暫態響應。其振盪器支援 50kHz 至 800kHz 的可程式化開關頻率，可減少外部電感與電容尺寸，進而節省 PCB 板空間。 RT9232 能提供快速的負載暫態響應，以滿足高電流輸出應用需求（最高可達 25A），同時將外部元件數量降至最低。此產品特別適用於高效能繪圖處理器（GPU）、DDR 及 VTT 電源應用。 RT9232 內建完整保護功能，包括軟啟動（Soft Start）、輸出使能（Output Enable）、欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）及過電流保護（OCP），並採用小型 14 腳位封裝。
