RT9266 是一款體積小巧、效率很高、啟動電壓很低的 Boost 架構升壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，採用自我調整電流模式 PWM 控制環路，其中包含了誤差放大器、斜坡信號產生器、比較器、開關元件及其驅動器，可在很寬的負載範圍內以穩定的狀態進行高效率的操作，無需使用外部補償電路。低達1V以下的啟動電壓使得 RT9266 可被用於1~4節鹼性電池供電的應用中，其內部開關管的工作電流可達 500mA。其工作頻率為450kHz，可以使用小型的外部元件與之配合工作。低達25μA的靜態電流和高轉換效率的結合使之能讓電池效能得到充分發揮。
