RT9300 是用於替代傳統白光 LED 應用中的電流鎮定電阻的高性能低壓差 LED 驅動器，它使用一隻內部電阻對4只 LED 的電流進行設定，匹配誤差低於5%。與使用電阻進行鎮流相比，RT9300 容許在更寬的供電電壓範圍內獲得更低的電流變化範圍、極低的電壓降，在有的應用中還可獲得效率的最大化。當流過每個 LED 的電流為 20mA/15mA 時，RT9300 僅需 60mV/45mV 的電壓降落空間即可獲得很好的 LED 亮度一致性。
