RT9385 是包含了 x1/x1.5/x2 升壓模式的電荷泵和低壓差定電流源的5通道 LED 驅動器，可為5只 LED 提供穩定一致的電流供應，每個 LED 通道的電流最大可達 25mA,它因具有 x1/x1.5/x2 多種升壓模式和低壓差的電流調節器而能維持最高的轉換效率。內建的5位 DAC 可被用於進行亮度控制，用戶可通過 EN 端子實現 LED 的32級控制。RT9385 的可用封裝是 WQFN-16L 2x3 的，小型的 1μF 電容可被用作泵電容與之配合工作，這為可擕式設備提供了一個空間佔用很少的高效背光驅動方案。
