RT9460 是一款適用於可攜式裝置的單節鋰離子及鋰聚合物電池開關式充電器。產品整合同步 PWM 控制器、功率 MOSFET、輸入電流偵測與調節電路，以及高精度電壓調節與充電終止電路。此外，充電電流透過內建感測電阻進行控制，進一步簡化外部元件配置。RT9460 同時支援 USB OTG 功能，可提供更彈性的電源管理能力。 RT9460 採用智慧充電控制演算法，根據電池狀態自動調整充電模式，包括預充電模式、快速充電模式及定電壓充電模式，以最佳化整體充電效率。主要充電參數可透過 I²C 介面進行設定與調整。當電池電壓低於內部設定的再充電門檻時，RT9460 會自動重新啟動充電循環；當輸入電源移除時，則會自動進入睡眠模式以降低功耗。 此外，RT9460 內建欠壓保護、過壓保護、溫度調節控制及反向漏電保護等功能，可提升系統安全性與可靠性。 RT9460 採用小型 WL-CSP-25B 2.52mm × 2.52mm 封裝，非常適合空間受限的可攜式電子產品應用。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 85°C。
