RT9468是適合可擕式應用的開關模式單節鋰離子/聚合物電池充電器，集成了同步 PWM 控制器、功率開關、輸入電流檢測、高精準度電壓調節和充電終止電路，充電電流通過整合感測電阻器調節，支援 USB On-The-Go (OTG) 應用。RT9468整合了易於使用的直接充電功能，只需驅動外部MOSFET，實現直接充電路徑，以及過壓保護、過流保護和watchdog功能。</br>RT9468以經過優化的控制策略進行不同模式下的充電速度調節，其模式包括預充模式及快充模式 (恆壓與恆流)，所有關鍵的充電參數均可經過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面進行程式設計。充電結束以後的電池電壓下將到預設的閾值以下時，RT9468會重啟充電流程以彌補其電能損失。當外部電源移除以後，RT9468自動進入睡眠模式以降低電池消耗。</br>它還具有欠壓保護、過壓保護、溫度調節和反向漏電保護等功能。</br>RT9468封裝為 WQFN-32L 4x4。</br>建議的接面溫度範圍為-40°C至125°C，而環境溫度範圍則為-40°C至85°C。
