RT9527 是用於小電流充電應用的低成本單節鋰離子電池充電器，它可以由交流電源轉接器或USB埠供電，沒有電源輸入時則處於休眠狀態。它以優化的演算法完成充電過程，可有預充電、快速充電和恒壓充電多種工作模式，它會處於恒壓充電模式直至電池充滿條件達成為止。充電電流可用一隻電阻進行設定。其內部熱回饋電路通過對內核溫度進行調節，使充電速率在任何環境溫度下都處於最有狀態。其輸入端 VIN 的最高耐壓能力為 28V，欠壓保護和過壓保護功能也集成於其中。其封裝為 WDFN-8L 2x2。建議的接面溫度範圍為-40°C至125°C，而環境溫度範圍則為-40°C至85°C。
