RT9610 是可高頻工作的雙 MOSFET 驅動器，設計用於在同步 Buck 轉換器中完成 MOSFET 驅動任務，尤其適合使用在需要高效率和卓越熱性能的移動式計算應用中。當它和立錡科技的任何一款多相式 Buck PWM 控制器相遇時，即可為那些先進的 CPU 提供穩定的內核電源供應。</br>該驅動器可以極短的上升/下降時間和輸出延時驅動輸入電容高達 3nF 的開關。它採用自舉式上橋驅動電路，應用中只需使用一隻外接電容，降低了電路的複雜性，容許使用性能較高、成本較低的 N-MOSFET 。自動調整的上下橋貫通保護設計也被集成在其中，可防止兩隻 MOSFET 同時進入導通狀態。</br>RT9610 的封裝是 WDFN-8L 2x2。
