RT9624是支持高頻工作的同步整流、單相Buck的MOSFET驅動器，滿足一般MOSFET驅動應用的需求，更適合高性能CPU電源的驅動需求。</br>其工作電壓範圍為4.5V至13.2V，被其驅動的功率級的輸入電壓範圍可達5V至24V。它的內部集成了代替外部自舉二極體的功率開關。</br>RT9624可支援高達500kHz的開關工作頻率，同時具備同步整流DC/DC轉換器需要的上下橋驅動電路，具有避免上下橋同時貫通的保護機制。它有由PWM輸入的第三態導致的關機功能，可同時使上下橋驅動信號進入低電平狀態。</br>其封裝為WDFN-8SL 2x2。
