RT9650 是一款高頻、單相 N 通道 MOSFET 驅動器，專為同步整流驅動應用與高效能 CPU VR 驅動能力而設計。RT9650 以低電壓 (5V) 電源系統為基礎，設計用於在高頻應用中將驅動器切換損耗降至最低。RT9650 具備 UGATE 與 LGATE 驅動電路，適用於同步整流 DC-DC 轉換器應用。此外，RT9650 內建低導通電阻的內部自舉開關，以取代外部自舉二極體，節省系統 BOM 成本。直通保護機制設計用於防止高側與低側功率 MOSFET 同時導通，以確保安全運作。針對電源系統中的關斷與省電模式應用，此 IC 具備中間態 PWM 輸入，可強制驅動器輸出低電位 UGATE 與 LGATE 訊號。RT9650 採用小尺寸 10-pin 封裝，封裝型式為 WDFN-10L 2x2。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
