RT9819 是微功耗的電壓檢測器，可用於微處理器或數位系統對其電源電壓進行監測，具有 1.2V~5V 的固定電壓檢測閾值，級差為 0.1V ，可覆蓋絕大多數數位系統的需求，電流消耗僅為 3μA。當其 V<sub>DD</sub> 電壓低於預設的閾值時，RT9819 將輸出一個重定信號，該信號將在 V<sub>DD</sub> 電壓恢復以前持續存在。當 V<sub>DD</sub> 電壓重新回到閾值以上後，重定信號將在延遲預定的時間以後恢復正常。RT9819 的封裝是 SC-70-3、SC-82、SOT-23-3 和 WDFN-6L 1.6x1.6。
