RT9834 是一款微功耗電壓偵測器，具備去抖動手動重置輸入，可監控微處理器 (μP) 或數位系統的電源供應電壓位準。它提供內部固定臨界值位準，並以每階 0.1V 的增量，範圍從 1.2V 至 5V，涵蓋大多數數位應用。它具備 3μA 的低供應電流。當 V<sub>DD</sub> 電壓低於預設臨界值位準時，RT9834 會送出重置信號以執行監控功能。此重置信號會在 V<sub>DD</sub> 恢復前的整段期間內維持有效。一旦 V<sub>DD</sub> 恢復並上升越過臨界值位準，重置信號會在一段延遲時間後解除。若要手動將重置信號拉低，只需將手動重置輸入 (MR) 拉低至指定的 V<sub>IL</sub> 位準以下。RT9834 採用 SC-82 與 <br />SOT-143 封裝。
