RT9999 是一款高度整合的電源管理 IC（PMIC），專為數位相機（DSC）應用而設計，內建 7 路切換式 DC/DC 轉換器、一組通用 LDO、一組低靜態電流 Keep Alive LDO、具備防止備用電池反向漏電功能的切換開關，以及即時時鐘（RTC）。RTC 包含時間計數器與 32768Hz 振盪器，可提供精確的時間管理功能。 RT9999 所整合的 DC/DC 轉換器包括：一組可於非同步 PFM 或同步 PWM 模式運作的低電壓升壓轉換器、一組電流模式同步升降壓（Buck-Boost）轉換器、兩組同步降壓轉換器、一組具備負載斷開功能的高電壓同步升壓轉換器（用於 CCD+）、一組非同步負壓轉換器（用於 CCD-），以及一組可於同步升壓模式或定電流模式下運作的 WLED 驅動器。所有功率 MOSFET 及補償網路均已內建，可簡化系統設計並降低外部元件數量。 RT9999 透過 I²C 介面設定電源啟動時序、輸出電壓、WLED 電流及調光等級，同時也可透過 I²C 存取 RTC 計數器及進行振盪器微調。 RT9999 提供完整的保護功能，包括過電流保護、欠壓保護、過壓保護、過溫保護及過載保護，以提升系統可靠性與安全性。 RT9999 採用 WQFN-40L（5mm × 5mm）封裝。
