RTQ1954 為 10V 至 80V 系統提供企業級保護與高效能監測，例如 48V/54V 資料中心網路設備。對短路故障的 sub-μs 響應、多個可調式高解析度過電流臨界值，以及具可調式臨界值的遠端溫度感測，使 RTQ1954 能夠保護並監測關鍵系統 – 包括具寬動態範圍暫態負載的系統。選配的可程式化 MOSFET SOA 保護可精準控制最大 MOSFET 功率耗散，而 MOSFET 健康狀態演算法即使在 MOSFET 完全增強導通時亦可監測 MOSFET。可調式過電流故障計時器可在動態暫態過載事件期間避免誤觸發，同時維持對真實過載狀況的強固保護。對於監測功能，RTQ1954 可測量即時功率、電壓、電流、溫度與故障資料，並透過具 PMBus 相容命令結構的 I<sup>2</sup>C/SMBus 介面傳送此資訊。精準遙測可實現智慧電源管理功能、功率最佳化與早期故障偵測。RTQ1954 亦透過可調式遙測平均與峰值功率測量，提升系統診斷能力。RTQ1954 採用 TSSOP-28 (Exposed Pad) 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
