RTQ2159 是負載能力高達 8A 的高性能同步 Buck 轉換器，可在 2.85V~6.5V 輸入電壓範圍內工作，可經 I<SUP>2</SUP>C 介面輸入 7 位元 VID 編碼對其輸出電壓在 0.6V~1.5V 範圍內進行調節。</br>它集成了低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率開關、高精度參考電壓源和自舉二極體，形成了結構緊湊的解決方案。它所採用改進型固定導通時間（ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架構賦予其超快速的瞬態回應特性，減少了外部元件數量，在整個輸入、負載和輸出電壓範圍內的穩態運行頻率都保持基本恒定，易於進行 EMI 濾波器設計。它以強制電流連續模式工作，可滿足嚴格的電壓調節精度需求。它帶有獨立的使能控制輸入端和 Power Good 指示輸出，易於實現時序控制。為了控制啟動期間的電流衝擊，它帶有外接一隻電容即可調節軟啟動時間的 SS 端子。其設計中含有完整的保護措施，其中包括逐週期電流限制、欠壓保護、輸入欠壓鎖定保護和過熱保護。其封裝形式為熱性能良好的 WET-WQFN-21L 4x4 (FC)。
