RTQ2510是通過了AEC-Q100 Grade 1認證的高性能低壓差正壓輸出線性穩壓器，專為需要輸入-輸出壓差很低、需要很高電源紋波抑制比的應用而設計，負載能力高達1A，可在2.2V至6V輸入電壓範圍內工作，輸出最低達0.8V的電壓。它使用P-MOSFET為調整管，具有卓越的瞬態回應特性，僅需使用4.7μF的陶瓷輸出電容即可穩定工作。通過對使能端的控制可使其進入關機狀態，可有效降低其功率損耗。在其NR端外接旁路電容可有效降低其輸出雜訊水準。在全輸入、輸出和整個工作溫度範圍內，RTQ2510的輸出電壓都被精確控制在3%的精度範圍內。他的封裝形式為VDFN-8L 3x3，可在-40°C至125°C範圍內工作。
