RTQ2513是大電流 (3A)、低雜訊 (7μV<SUB>RMS</SUB>)、高精度 (1%，全輸入、負載、溫度範圍內) 的低壓差線性穩壓器，可以超低壓差（最大180mV）提供高達3A的負載能力。其輸出電壓可以通過引腳間的銅箔連接進行選擇 (最高3.65V)，無需使用外部電阻分壓網路，因而可以減少元件總數。設計師也可通過使用外部電阻分壓器的形式獲得更高輸出電壓。器件支援的最低輸入電壓可達1.1V，具有非常廣泛的使用範圍。</br>低雜訊、高電源紋波抑制比和大電流負載能力使得RTQ2513成為對電源雜訊很敏感的器件如類比-數位轉換器ADC、數位-類比轉換器DAC和射頻器件的理想供電器件。借助其高精度、遙測能力和能降低衝擊電流的軟起動能力，RTQ2513是數位式負載如FPGA、DSP和ASIC的理想供電器件。</br>其外部使能控制信號和Power Good指示功能使時序控制變得容易。其NR/SS端外加的旁路電容可強化其輸出雜訊抑制能力。器件確保其可以在T<SUB>J</SUB> = -40°C~125°C的溫度範圍內符合其規格，其供貨封裝為WQFN-20L 3.5x3.5。
