RTQ2533 是具有 3A 負載能力的超低壓差（最大 180mV@3A）、超低雜訊（6.8μV<SUB>RMS</SUB>）線性穩壓器，其輸入電壓最低可達 1.1V，輸出電壓可用 PCB 連線的方式進行最高可達 3.95V 的設定，更高的輸出電壓則需使用外接電阻分壓器進行設定。</br>RTQ2533 的低雜訊、高 PSRR 和大電流負載能力使其成為類比-數位轉換器（ADC）、數位-類比轉換器（DAC）和 RF 射頻元件等雜訊敏感器件供電的理想選擇，又因高輸出精度、遙測能力和可以降低衝擊電流的軟啟動能力而成為 FPGA、DSP 和 ASIC 等數位器件的理想供電器件。</br>RTQ2533 還具有易於進行時序控制的使能控制輸入和 Power Good 輸出，其輸出雜訊可通過在其 NR/SS 端外接旁路電容進行進一步消減。其工作特性可在 T<SUB>J</SUB> = -40°ree;C ~ 125°ree;C 得到保證，其封裝形式為 VQFN-20L 3.5x3.5。
