RTQ2551 是一款極低壓差線性穩壓器，可在低至 0.8V 的輸入電壓下運作。此元件能夠提供 1A 輸出電流，且典型壓差電壓僅為 50mV。內部參考與 LDO 電路需要 VBIAS 供應來運作，而輸出電流則直接來自 VIN 供應，以實現高效率調節。使用者可程式化軟啟動可限制輸入突入電流，並將輸入電源的應力降至最低。啟用輸入與電源良好輸出可與外部穩壓器輕鬆進行時序控制。此完整的靈活性提供易於使用且穩健的電源管理解決方案，適用於各種應用。RTQ2551 可搭配大於或等於 2.2μF 的輸出電容穩定運作。精準的參考電壓與誤差放大器可在負載、輸入電壓與溫度範圍內提供 1% 精度。亦包含過電流限制與過溫保護。RTQ2551 採用 WDFN-10L 3x3 封裝。建議接面溫度與環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
