RTQ2588 是一款高精度、低靜態電流的車規級重置監控 IC。RTQ2588 提供出廠預設的電壓監測選項，其中 0.5V 至 1.1V 範圍以 50mV 為步進，1.2V 至 5V 範圍以 0.1V 為步進，可涵蓋大部分汽車電子應用需求。產品具備過電壓與欠電壓視窗監測功能，出廠可選擇 ±4%、±5%、±7% 或 ±9% 的監測閾值，且供電電流低至 3.5μA。RTQ2588 無需外接分壓電阻即可進行電壓監測，不僅能維持高精度性能，亦有助於縮小系統尺寸並降低整體成本。此外，產品提供手動重置（MR）及電容定時（CT）功能，可簡化系統設計。針對汽車功能安全應用，RTQ2588 內建自我測試（BIST）機制，可提升系統潛在故障指標（LPFM）評分。RTQ2588 已通過 AEC-Q100 Grade 1 認證，並屬於立錡車用品質管理（QM）產品。其採用 WDFN-6L 1.5mm × 1.5mm（COL）封裝，建議接面溫度範圍與環境溫度範圍皆為 −40°C 至 125°C。
