RTQ2823 是具有 8A 負載能力的高性能同步 Buck 轉換器，輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V~17V，集成了低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率開關、0.6V 高精度參考電壓源和自舉二極體，形成了極其緊湊的電壓轉換解決方案。<BR>RTQ2823 採用 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架構，具有超快速的瞬態回應能力，週邊元件數量少，在整個輸入、輸出範圍內的穩定工作頻率基本保持不變，易於設計與之相關的 EMI 濾波器。<BR>器件提供多種功能以提高設計的靈活性，其工作頻率可選，電流限制閾值可調，可選擇 PWM 工作模式，可以滿足很多應用的需求。獨立的使能控制輸入和 Power Good 指示輸出可為時序控制提供方便，通過一隻電容即可調節的軟起動設計可消除啟動期間的電流衝擊，有多種保護功能如逐週期電流限制保護、過壓保護、欠壓保護、輸入欠壓鎖定保護和過熱保護等。<BR>RTQ2823 的封裝形式為熱性能良好的晶核倒裝 VQFN-18L 3.5x3.5(FC)。
