RTQ5765 是一款同步降壓開關穩壓器（Synchronous Buck Switching Regulator），輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V 至 5.5V，可提供最高 3A 的輸出電流，且輸出電壓可調整至高於 0.6V 的範圍。 RTQ5765 採用先進固定導通時間控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架構，可快速且穩定地調節輸出電壓，特別適合負載變化快速的應用。ACOT® 架構能有效減少外部元件數量，簡化設計流程並降低整體系統成本，使 RTQ5765 成為兼具高效率與經濟效益的電源管理解決方案。 本產品提供獨立的使能控制（EN）輸入腳位及 Power Good 狀態指示訊號，便於進行電源時序控制。此外，為了控制啟動期間的湧入電流，產品支援透過 SS 腳位外接電容來實現可程式化軟啟動功能，確保平順且受控的上電過程。 RTQ5765 內建完整保護功能，包括輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）、輸出過壓保護（OVP）、過電流保護（OCP）及過溫保護（OTP），可提升系統可靠性並避免異常狀況造成損害。此外，產品具備逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可有效保護短路輸出狀況。 RTQ5765 採用小型 SOT-583（FC）封裝，可提供更高的設計彈性與空間節省優勢，適用於各類系統設計。 建議接面溫度範圍及環境溫度範圍均為 -40°C 至 125°C。
